On boarding the Kleijn Amsterdam or De Muze the captain will, on request, hand you the wine list and the menu, so that you can select from the à la carte menu. Your choice will be sent to the several restaurants. A few minutes before the courses are ready the captain will moor, after which he will set the table and pour the wine.
The waiters of the restaurant will bring the courses on board. We then sail on in the direction of the next restaurant. If desired the captain will give information about Amsterdam. For groups of more than 12 guests, there is a fixed menu from which you have chosen in advance.
